Sleeves proofed in wrong spot

I so much wanted to like this dress. The trench look was cut with a feminine style and the materials were good quality, however, the sleeves proofed way too low on the arm. The sleeves were snug around the biceps and poofy around the lower arm—I felt like Popeye. Sizing was accurate.
