Wrong size & color; Macy’s refused to help

Manufacturer sent the wrong size and wrong color. I tried calling Macy’s customer service and was told the hold time was 1 hour 44 minutes. I then tried contacting Macy’s customer support through the chat feature and was told that Macy’s had no confirmation the package was delivered to me and refused to do anything to help me or correct mistake.
