Mismatched size of earrings, trouble returning.

The earrings in this pic looked matched but what arrived had one earing smaller than the other - can't believe they sent it. Ordered another as it was on sale and worried would be out of stock. I started a return with the first earrings, but Macy's never sent it and acted like I was returning the one at the later reduced price. So now I have paid extra $ for nothing. I spend an hr with online chat and got nowhere. I will have to go to local Macy's with broken leg and collarbone to try to get this straighten out. Disgusting. Could not return, very dissatisfied.
