Ionna & Lilly Earrings shopping experience

I love the Ionna & Lilly Jewelry and have bought a few things for my daughter. I ordered two pairs these earrings and though very pretty, just a little smaller than I expected. That being said, I am sure they will still be well liked. I only rated it 3 due to my shopping experience. I bought them on line, shipped to the store, picked them up and brought them home to discover that they had sent only ONE pair and another pair of different earrings was in the box. It was another person's order, their name and mailing address included and attached to my slip, which means my name and mailing address was probably delivered to her - my personal info :( After a call to the customer service number and to the local store, I had to drive back to the Mall to rectify this. On a good note, they credited my account for the one pair, ordered another pair at the same sale price and shipped it for free to my home.
