versatile, soft and effective!
Honestly, this Lorac contour palette surprised me more than I expected. The three contour shades have very controllable pigmentation—they’re not the type that leave a harsh streak right away. Instead, they let you build up the color gradually, which I love because it prevents that “patchy line” effect. The two matte highlight shades are also well thought out, adding brightness without unnecessary shimmer. The texture is super soft and silky, almost like it melts when you touch it. It blends with zero effort, though I will say it can kick up a little powder when you run the brush over it. Nothing major, but it’s noticeable. As for the brush… it works. It’s pretty precise, and the shape makes it easy to define the contour without fighting the angle. But it’s not my favorite—I feel like it could be a bit denser to give a more polished finish. What I liked most is how versatile the palette is. With the warm, cool, and medium tones, I can use it for any look, from a soft everyday definition to a more sculpted contour.
