FITTING IS OFF IN THE UPPER AREA,FEELS VERY WEIRD

Awkward and very uncomfortable fitting it the shoulders, upper arms and bust area. Doesn't fit right at all, and I'm an A cup. Larger bust ladies will have even bigger problem. Fabric and color is nice, I love velvet! And ruching is usually very flattering, but a little loose in this top. Overall, do not recommend it, they have to fix the fitting issue in the upper area. Something is very off. Off it goes back! Shame though..
