Breaks Easily

I’m so glad I paid for the warranty on this. It has broken twice in the time I’ve had it in the same spot. Macy’s has repaired it for me thanks to warranty but it just happened again. I asked if I can do like a store credit or an exchange and she said “only if it’s a manufacturer issue” like what? Regardless it’s broken repeatedly and I shouldn’t have to keep on getting it repaired. Macys should honor at least an exchange. I will stop by in person again for another repair and hopefully they will just exchange it for me.

So pretty but....

This necklace is def NOT 18". In fact, it is considerably shorter, making it a choker not a necklace. And it is very very "delicate". Too expensive for what it is.

Pretty design, very small

Loved the design. But very small, barely can see letters. Most annoying as it kept on twisting letters with its thin chain. I was afraid that it will break. Sadly I returned.
