Runs Small, Decal Flaking Off

I was excited to try this shirt, however I was disappointed with the fit. It runs on the small side and the shirt itself is not very long. I would never put this in the dryer. After the first wash, the decal started to flake off. Kind of disappointed in the quality as I expected better from Macy's.
