I orderer this a week ago and it suppose to be a new years gift, but still not delivered. I am very unsatisfied with the delivery time.

Still waiting

I ordered this item on December 19th, expecting at the very least, to have it delivered by December 26th. Well that time had come and gone and now I'm expected to receive the items on January 2nd. Needless to say that I'll never purchase from Macy's again and I'll update this miserable product once I receive it

Not received what I ordered

I ordered this stuff to be presented to someone. This was supposed to arrive on Thursday May 22, 2025, and then it was updated to deliver by May 23rd. Upto now, I have not received my package and it is too late to be presented now. Do I get a discount for late delivery. I am afraid to recommend this to anyone, if the delivery is taking too long. It looks very nice, but delivery is bad.
