Arrived damaged

I purchased this for a Christmas gift but the plastic gift box is all cracked and looks horrible. I definitely can’t give this as a gift. This is a third party seller so I can’t return to Macy’s. I will give this to my neighbor, she has a 8 year old daughter. Very disappointed.

Damaged product and poor customer service

Disappointing Experience: Damaged Product and Unsatisfactory Customer Service I placed an order with Macy's and unfortunately the product arrived damaged. That in itself is frustrating, but the real frustration was trying to resolve the issue with customer service. * Product Issue: The product I received was damaged. * Customer Service: The communication was unpleasant and unprofessional. It felt like my issue was not being addressed. * Inappropriate Resolution: Instead of offering a full refund, replacement, or other appropriate resolution, I was offered a "Goodwill Card." This is completely unacceptable for a damaged product. I spent money on a whole, undamaged product and expect to receive that or a full refund. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. Macy's needs to review its packaging, shipping, and customer service training standards. I expect much better service from a company of this level.
