Tiny 15 to 17 gram balls. Nothing like described

I was shipped 23 tiny gold bath bomb balls in a ripped plastic bag. They were so small I weighed them. They weighed between 15-17 grams - not the 30 as advertised. I was expecting a gift set in at least a giftable box because it does claim to be a set, this is just cheap garbage and I'm embarrassed I bought it.
