I love all of her products but if u say its 5 items then it has to be 5 items not included the bag it carries. I bought 3 of these for my daughter teacher and I was disappointed 😞

I never received the item. This was intended to be a gift for my Mom. Ordered in plenty of time for her birthday & not scrambling for a gift. I hope that I was not charged for this item. Please confirm. Kristine
