Box was empty!!!

Horrible experience!!! This was a gift for my granddaughter. She opened the box…AND IT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY!!!! I ended up giving her an e-gift card so she wouldn’t feel left out but the look on her face broke my heart. This is the most disappointing shopping experience I’ve ever had at Macy’s.
