Did not receive

I order this item and DID NOT RECEIVE. I contacted Macys multiple times to include email with no response. I spend thousands of dollars with Macys, and this is unacceptable.

Was disappointed

I ordered 4 of these. I was very disappointed, it states in the basket that it came with a bath towel. The bath towel was a very thin wash cloth. I think the only nice thing is the back scrubber. I will not be ordering from this company again. The only good thing is I bought whe it was on sale.
