Poor packaging

I’m quite sure this wasn’t shipped from Macys! It was enclosed in a thin bubble wrap that wasn’t closed and a yellow envelope so when I got the product the top was cracked and body butter was everywhere! All I could do was trash it! Never again!!

Opened!!!

Received today. Lid loose and seal broken. Completely opened. Had to have been tampered with before packaging. Completely disgusted!! Never purchasing from them again!

The item was damaged. The entire lid was broken and the inside seal was opened. Will be returning back to Macy's.
