Rose Quartz Roller

I purchased (2) Rollers for Christmas Gifts; they were delivered on 10/30/25 in a brown box surrounded in bubble wrap without the manufacture box, looks like they have been used and returned back to Macy's. This is not acceptable and shame on Macy's for allowing these vendors to send used and opened merchandise to their customers. These were for Christmas Gifts; I will be embarrassed to give them as a gift from Macy's. Returned them to Macy's store on 10/31/25.

Not rose quartz

This face roller arrived in a large 12 x 20 box surrounded in a pound of bubble wrap. This is wasteful. The roller did not have its own package. It was just simply wrapped in bubble tape. When I opened it, I saw that the roller is made out of cheap plastic. This was not made out of crystal and does not look like the picture in the Macy’s website. I returned it.
