you didn't deliver on time, so don't send it

I canceled this item, you should refunded , but all you did, you change deliver date again, this is now 5th times, you did that, what you people doing, for sure you don't know, 10 times I was telling you, that I don't want those items after Christmas, this should be Christmas gifts for my guests, you promised me , you will fix it, and refund the money, but looks, your promise, don't mean anything, you just don't care.. very stressful and disappointed
