Beautiful wood pole, but the shade puckers a bit.
Beautiful lamp with wooden pole and large shade now brightens a dark corner in my living room. The wood is a nice compliment to our decor. The description doesn’t mention that! The shade is quite large, and is shipped flat. Follow the enclosed instructions. It joins with a magnetic strip. But it puckers a bit. The harp is standard, so you can use a different shade if you want. This one gives off a white light, directed up and down. By a happy circumstance, it highlights a print hanging above. We plan to order another.

I purchased this lamp twice and had to send back twice. It came without a lamp shade..
Great addition to my dining area
The lamp fits perfectly into my dining area which holds mid-century furniture. It looks more expensive than it was and was very easy to screw together. When I first got the package I thought something was wrong as it appeared too flat to hold a lamp shade but upon opening I saw it was rolled up and had to be brought into the proper shape with the help of snaps and a magnetic strip - which took about a minute.

NICE LAMP, POOR EXCUSE FOR SHADES
The lamp is nice and easy to assemble. I bought two, and both shades we're wrinkled to the point of unacceptable appearance. Brightech was very cooperative and comped me so I could buy different shades. I am happy with the outcome.

A fine lamp
I needed ambient lighting for my living room, the Lucas floor lamp does the job. It’s the right height for my sofa and favorite reading chair. Ordering, shipping and assembly were super easy and swift. The light really warms up the room. I recommend this lamp.
