The pad was unpackaged and placed on top of my mattress for 24 hours and sadly only one 1/3 actually raised. Returning and quickly as it's a wast of money!

Hey Non1,

We're sorry to hear you were not happy with that topper. Sometimes the foam can get "stuck" and it just needs some help. Keeping the topper in a warm room can help. You can also walk or crawl along the topper or massage the foam with your hands to help break up the air pockets in the foam.

It works as described. Have had it for about 3 months. My only complaint is it turned yellow for some reason.

I purchased this for my adult son's bed for added comfort. The quality is great and it does add a level of comfort to the bed.
