Order never received from seller buyer beware

Beware of seller as this is not sold by Macys and I had no idea they used third party sellers. I have contacted macys and the seller. macys requested a refund as of 2/23/25 I have yet to receive the refund or item purchased. My account shows delivered but when checking the tracking number it does not show delivered it still shows sitting in the same place since 12/2/2024.

Lucky Bracelet

I had a terrible experience with Macy's online ordering. I never received an item I ordered, even though they marked it as "delivered." When I contacted Macy's customer service, they told me the item was drop-shipped by a vendor and that I needed to resolve the issue with the vendor myself. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but got nowhere. Macy's refused to take responsibility for the missing item and never refunded me. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will never order online from Macy's again. They failed to stand by their customer, and the lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating. Avoid ordering online unless you're ready for a potential headache.
