Button Problem ---- Ugh!

My husband loved this shirt - then we realized that the top button had fallen off right out of the package even before he put it on. We didn't think it was a huge deal since we found the button and it could be sewn back on. (Not that I think that this should happen but we were willing to overlook it.) After washing the shirt the FIRST time - on the gentle - two MORE buttons had fallen off! One of them must have fallen off while my husband was wearing the shirt because we could not find it. I contacted customer service to see if they could send us replacement buttons - nope and apparently we are out of luck because we washed the shirt. Horrible customer service and quality!

Poor Quality

The fabric was thin, the collar collar was droopy, the sleeves were oddly short yet very wide, and the fit was boxy... like it was made for someone who's badly out of shape. I tried it on, and it already looked used, as if someone had been wearing it all day. Yikes! I purchased other Lucky Brand products for my daughters for xmas gifts. I hope this isn't an indication of their general quality.
