Arrived slashed into two pieces

Last act? final sale? This should still mean that when you order a belt, it should arrive functional and undamaged. We received it, carefully opened the bag by tearing it, only to discover is had been cleanly cut in half. Shame on Macys for sending out damaged products and declaring that they can't be returned!

I had to buy 1 size up. Very nice looking belt. I will exchange it for a larger size.
