Doesn't match the picture

The pic is a really cool unique purple and the product is a dull gray. Ordered 5 items on June 2nd and a comedy of errors on all my orders- returned to sender, delivered to the wrong address and now the wrong item not correctly portrayed. About 10 phone calls and 7 orders to try to correct the first order. Pathetic!

color is not what is shown in photo, its a faded grey, material looks old and worn
