Broken chain

I got this for my son for Christmas. I was disappointed when he opened the box only to find the chain was broken.

Only 22" Not as described

I would return this if it wasn't bought as a gift. Too late to purchase something else. Just hope it fits person. When it is described as 24" and comes as 22" chain they should change listing. The cross is well made and looks nice. Its great if you need shorter chain.
