cute and looks great with boots

totally like the fit but torn between 2 sizes. got 28 size originally 6/28. then seen small was available due to the 28 is a tad too big . the small arrived today, but 2/26. they are a tad tight. i need to return one of them. or keep both cz they're so darn cute.
