Great Jacket

The jacket is great. I ordered one size smaller than I usually wear. I already had tried it on in store before eventually ordering it online. It's a perfect fit and the quality is really excellent.

Terrible Customer Service

If I could give zero stars I would. Shipped the complete wrong item, called Justine's service and was told they are unable to resolve the issue and replace with the correct item. I have to return the item that I was shipped, which does not in anyway resemble the item I ordered (purchased a tan m jacket, received a L blue patterned sweater) and await a refund. 4 days before Christmas. Terrible customer service, do not shop here.

Stylish and unique fit!

I love this jacket. It has an oversized, boxy fit. Would look cute with a cropped top underneath, maybe a bandana around neck. Would also pair well with cowboy boots! I can't wait to style this. It's very comfortable as well.

Runs big, size at least 1 size down. Jacket is cropped more than in picture and the sleeves are a good representation
