I ordered the jeans in a size 26 but received a size 2. I called for an exchange and received a return label and the new jeans in the correct size were supposed to be sent. Again, i received the jeans in a size 2. When I called customer service, they indicated that they could not guarantee that I would get the jeans in the correct size if they reordered it. In addition, they would not place the order for the new jeans until the ones I received were returned. I was on the phone with two separate agents, living in another country, for nearly an hour and was unable to get the exchanged processed with a label for return. The email that I received as confirmation of the exchange was the previous confirmation with tracking indicating that the jeans were already delivered. Macy's needs to do better. Since so many places carry the same items as Macys, I will shop where there is better customer service and they can guarantee that I will get the item I paid for or a free return and exchange.

The last few pairs of Lucky I tried got super baggy as the day went on but these did not! They are a relaxed fit so consider trying one size down

I LOVE these jeans. I am a bit between a 4 and 6 and went with the 6 since I don't want any fat rolls hanging over the waist. LOL As we all know that is not a good look. These fit really nice. They are not tight at all and just basically fit perfect. They don't have any stretch to them which is fine. I really like these and ordered in the lighter color now as well.

I like these jeans, they are made well, and the fit is great, but they have this industrial sort of motor oil smell that has not dissipated even after multiple washes. They weren’t cheap either.
