Cute vest that pairs well with other clothing

I bought this for my daughter who loves it. She pairs it with casual sleeveless dresses or tees and pants, it looks good with everything. It does seem to run small tho. She usually wears an extra small and I believe we ended up buying a small or maybe even a medium, sorry I can’t remember which one. I just remember they run small.
