Look Cute But Leather Not quality

Shoes feel a bit stiff and plasticky. I bought a pair of Lucky ankle boots over 5 years ago and the leather and feel is nice. I still wear them. The quality has gone down.

These boots were too large, I usually wear a 7 and that's what I ordered. I will not be ordering a smaller size because they were a little too stiff. I will be returning them.

Cute and good quality!

Cute! Seem to be pretty good quality. I have only tried them on and walked in the house but they are comfortable and easy to get on and off. Some reviews mentioned them being too loose at the top. They are roomy at the top, but I prefer that. They have some movement but my feet don’t ever slip out. I have fairly thin/narrow feet and am usually comfortable in standard width shoes with some room, and these are comfortable for me. I’d say the sizing is pretty true but if you’re between sizes or like a roomy fit, I’d recommend sizing up. The leather is good quality, my only quality complaint is that I can already see that if the heels get scratched on the side they will loose that stacked sole look. But I’m very happy with them for the price!

Toffee Leather color misrepresented

I ordered these boots specifically for the color variation of the leather as was shown on the website. However, the color was solid, not at all as depicted so I returned the booties. If I'd wanted a solid color, that's what I would've ordered. I was so disappointed because I've looked at numerous brands and thought I'd finally found what I was looking for. This was the sole reason for returning the product (I regret that I didn't snap a photo prior to returning).

Wide is not wide

I ordered a wide boot. They are not wide at all. The leather is very stiff and uncomfortable. Returned and will not get another size. Poor quality from a known brand

Color off

I own 3 pairs of the Lucky Brand booties. The toffee leather color does not look as pictured. The color is a light tan all over. I returned these because I already own this pair. The picture online looked darker especially around the toe.

Poor fit

I have bought this style before, but this one was so loose around the ankle it wouldn’t stay on—I was stepping out of it. Bummer.

My go to boot with jeans

My last pair of Lucky boots finally wore out after many years so I needed a replacement. I like the quality of the leather they use in their footwear. These boots are comfortable.
