Good jeans, awful customer service

I actually love the jeans. It's just unfortunate that I've had multiple orders over the years send me the wrong items and it's a huge hassle to return. I have to find somewhere to print the label, drive to a UPS store (I live in a rural area) and return the tiny jeans and socks or whatever wrong item they send, and wait 2 weeks for a refund. My size is sold out. It's happens almost half the time which makes me think it's fraud or theft going on. Sucks because I've always been a fan of the clothes. I didn't know where else to post about this problem

Didn't fit

Didn't fit and I didn't realize it was on clearance and I couldn't return it . Would be nice to have a large warning during checkout.
