Shrunk 3 sizes

I purchased this top for a very special occasion. I debated whether to hand wash before wearing or not. I chose to wash it and was sorry I did! The fabric which was so smooth and light beforehand, became rough and shrunk so much it no longer fit. I have never worn it and paid full price! A total waste! 🥲
