Cute plus nice color but not for me

I ordered this in small (I'm 5', 115 pounds). The color is very pretty and I liked the silky feeling of the dress (plus it was on sale and a great price), but the width of the elastic in the waist area was too much for my petite frame. It made me look puffy and just wasn't a cute look on me. Unfortunately, it's getting returned.
