Poor Customer Service Policies

Received the wrong size. Very disappointed. When I called customer service they said they can't correct and that I'll need to return , then go on line and reorder myself, however there were none in stock. Your mistake, yet you want me to go out of my way to rectify. I will not order from your again. Customer service does not actually provide service. Do not mistake, the girl in spoke with was not rude or impolite, however company policy prevented her from helping any further then sending me a return label.

Love this style and fit!

Love this high waist and wide leg style. At 5'5', the 32" length is perfect with a small heel, but I could also wear them with flats. Please make this in dark black denim and with a finished hem, as they would be great for work paired with a blazer!

Love these jeans!

Love the high (but not TOO high) waist and the great fit through the hips and thighs. These jeans are lightweight and SO comfortable. I'm so glad I took a chance, now can I get them in other colors/washes?

so cute! I found they fit true to size. I wear a 8 in my other Lucky Brand Stevie jeans, these were the same , not as much stretch but same size. length is not cropped on me but I have short legs.

These run 2-3 sizes small

These are honestly so cute, but they run 2-3 sizes smaller than all of my other Lucky jeans and pants, and they won't let me return or exchange them because they are on sale. Definitely DO NOT buy online because the sizing is extremely off and you will need to size UP UP UP.
