Didn't receive and no reason given

Ordered sometime mid January, it's now 2/9 and I have not received the order. It's been about a year since I ordered from Lucky and I am so disappointed in not getting the 2 items I ordered.

Buttons all fell off

I love the idea of this shirt but the buttons all fell off one by one, and not all while I noticed so now I am missing a bunch of buttons. Also loses its shape quickly and sleeves get stretched out.
