Laces

I have been buying these from you for a very long time. The only complaint over the years has been the laces. They break down after a while. At about one half of the shoes life, at least for me it's about that point. A second set of laces included with the shoes would be spectacular. Happy to pay extra for that.

They don’t make them like they used to

After a month of use, boots started peeling, sole on both shoes became unglued. My husband has been buying lugz for 20 years and this is the first time something like this has happened. I thought it was just a bad pair but the more I looked into it online the more reviews I found with similar complaints.

Poor glue and are not water proof

I bought these shoes and have had to glue the rubber soles back on the upper three times and now if I keep them will make 4 times as the soles have come apart again.

glue does not stay bonded

I bought these from a retail store in Saint John NB Canada - they were comfortable and the sole was slip resistant but after two months wearing them the sole broke away from the boot from the arch to the toe - the retail store was very good about it but with the agressiveness of the sole I was very disapointed the did not stay together - I am 73 years old and wore them around the cottage doing general maintenance - lawn maintenance gardening - I bought them tp replace Clarks Unstructured (wore them for 7 years)as the sole on them was getting worn - Bob Hutton
