Glass and people don't know how to pack!

It's so sad I ordered this for a birthday present and she goes to open it, Cut by the glass!!! Not once but Twice!!!!! So disappointed and MACYS just or exchange exchange exchange! How many times before you really care to make things right! Learn how t package glass items please
