the glasses came broken, no wraps for protection. very thin and poorly made

good product poor packaging
the packaging was very flimsy, package arrived with 3 broken glasses and the box looked like it was a little beat up, glassware is nicde and works, shipping speed was fine but my 16 piece glassware set arrived as a 13 piece set

Broken glasses
They were totally broken!!! They were supposed to get for my daughters dorm!! Had to buy last minute ones to replace

Junk
Very disappointed. 2 glasses had cracks when i opened it and 3 more broke within the first 12 hours. Very junky.

Great glasses
These are great glasses. They are narrow which makes them easy to hold. They hold up well for everyday. A good value.

Poor quality
I loved these, I got them from my bridal shower and absolutely loved them. 3 months into using them, 2 of them already broke. I take good care of my kitchen and dining ware, but it tipping over in the sink caused it to break. The other one, a simple clip on something and the glass broke all the way down. I guess they're good if you only put them through a dishwasher...
