Unsteady globe Shattered

I bought two of these for my living room and loved the look of them. Unfortunately, a day after setting them up one of the globes dropped from the lamp and shattered everywhere. Both were screwed in as tight as we could manage, so no idea how/why the globe dropped. Now I have one sleek lamp and one missing the globe. The replacement is apparently half the price of the lamp. Really disappointed and can’t recommend this to others at this time, as the headache of cleaning shattered globe is awful. Not sure if we will replace the globe or just return the not broken lamp.

Beautiful Lamp, Unreliable quality and service

While I love this lamp, it started flickering every time I went to turn it on. Eventually, it got to the point where it would take many minutes to turn on if I didn't give up and turn it back off again. While Brightech claims to have a warranty, when I tried contacting them about the issue (within their warranty timeframe), they were unresponsive. Not great.

Odd proportions

The lamp looks decent but I don’t feel like the website images accurately represents the proportions in person. The globe is quite large and the shaft, from certain angles, is very thick/clunky. Online this looks chic and dainty but in person is a bit cartoonish. Also arrived with the “brass” finish scratched off in places, but for the price the quality is otherwise good.

DO NOT BUY!!! Completely slanted

I had high hopes for this lamp, but the structure is broken and mine is completely slanted. Everything is screwed in tight, but very slanted. I didn’t build it until after I moved and missed the 30 day mark because I kept it in the box. Very disappointed.

Stunning fixture

I absolutely love this lamp, it is stunning and of very high quality for the price. It certainly transforms a room. I chose to rate it 4 stars because I wish Brightech would make the hole in the globe slightly larger to fit more smart bulbs. I had to disassemble the screw mechanism to fit my Phillips Hue A19/E26 smart bulb and it wasn’t an easy process. Increasing the diameter of the hole by a few millimetres would solve this issue.

Perfect Chic Lamp
