Service Warranty Bad

I purchased a service warranty for a ring. I returned the ring because it could not be sized. I was told by a Macy manager that the service warranty payment would not be returned. That would be a loss. They are not going to cover. I don’t recommend purchasing a warranty for items.

Damaged previously owned goods.

Opened package 08/04/2025 0530hrs. Now same day 0555hrs. In the box nice looking ring. On removing and examining, not so much. Ring has several scratches on the outer sides as well as a good sized dent. Ring is obviously a return having been owned and worn numerous times by someone who wore multiple rings at the same time.
