Unfortunately too small

I had such high hopes for this skirt and dont get me wrong it is beautiful and would have looked so great on, if I was just a bit skinnier and did not have hips. I usually wear a large but the large would not zip up fully. I do think this would look great on anyone and would be a great buy. Maybe when I lose some more weight. Unfortunately I'm returning.
