White, chalky table - yuck

This was a crazy last minute purchase as I loved the design of this table. First of all, it’s not gray. It’s a chalky finish bright white and everytime you touch the wood, white chalk rubs off. Secondly, the legs that are screwed into the bottom shelf we’re so stripped, I couldn’t get a tight hold. I would have loved this table to refinish in another color and add a wax coating but not at this price. It’s packaged up and going back….very displeased with the quality being sold under the Macy’s name.

Beautiful table, unavailable now

Found some imperfections in this beautiful table and would like to get a new table to replace it. This table is no longer available to receive a new one. It has on the top medal on the corner a imperfection and there is a knowledge in the black medal top. Not able to replace it without getting a new one, because the table is no longer available.

CANT EVEN SPOT CLEAN LIGHTLY

Beware!!! This is a beautiful piece that I purchased for my entryway but when it got a tiny spot on the whitewash I used a soft moist cloth to remove the spot and it took off the Whitewash leaving a dark uneven permanent spot on the base of the table. There is no way to clean it that won't completely ruin the finish!
