Disappointed

These towels are not like they are portrayed on the site. They are thin and not soft at all. Very disappointed.

You might get them and you might not

Seller uses usps item ordered 2/24 it is now 3/8 I have requested a refund numerous times and still haven’t received it or order I placed as it was being shipped from NYC I live in Philadelphia but shipment is now in Wisconsin and am being told since items are in transit I can’t get my refund for items I no longer need because of their choice of carriers if I could give no stars not on the item but the fact of their choice of carrier to ship items and delay on refunding me

Plush, thick and absorbent! Rich hunter green. I immediately washed them once they arrived and they look wonderful! I will purchase more colors.
