not good for foundation powder
a mac representative suggested this for their mac foundation powder, which was a very bad suggestion. this brush is probably only good for loose powder. it's also too big.

Perfect brush
I liked this brush because it covers well all the spaces of my face. It applies great powder around your eyes and everywhere. Also it is very soft.

GO GET IT
I brought this to use with a setting powder. The powder itself came with a sponge, but it was hard to use. This made the work much easier and it is sooooo soft. It feels really nice when touching the skin.

So far so good
I lost my original 150 natural hair brush and I wanted to replace it. I found out that they had just switched to synthetic, the reviews were bad, so I was hesitant to buy it. Years later I decided to give it a try. It definitely is not as full. Washed it and held up fine. As far as use, I think it works fine. Actually maybe better. My old brush used to shed every time I used it, which was annoying and I didn't use it as much because of that. This brush has not shed at all. As far as longevity, I cannot say yet. I have never had a brush fall apart on me... I wash them carefully and hang brush bristles down to dry. I bought this on sale, and I do not think it is worth the full price. I might try the new 187. I both oved and hated the old one, because of shedding all over my face during use, so maybe the synthetic one won't. If you are a brush collector like me, this is a good brush to buy, on sale.
