Empty when I received it.

I really like this product and have used it for the past 6 months. Had the container in my last shipment been normal, I would have given it a 5 star rating. Disappointingly, my reorder item was empty when I went to use it for the first time! I'm not sure if this a Mac or a Macy's caused problem but order obviously did not meet my expectations for either company.
