Very disappointed

Never received product. It was supposed to be a store pick up on 12/18/25. I never received the message to pick up. I called Macy's.com and was told the package was going to be available by 12/24/25 at the store and I would received an email that the package is ready for pick up. When i called Macy's on 12/27/25 since i never got the email that my package was ready,they gave me the run around and kept saying I never picked up the package.
