LOVE THE COLOR, BUT.....
I love this color BUT it is NOT pure black as advertised. I paired it with the Street Thing lipstick (which I love as well) but the color is more of a dark brown/purple color but it's definitely not black. In that regard I'm a bit disappointed because I was looking for a black liner and thought this was it. It remind me more of Nightmoth, which I already have.

This pencil goes great with the MAC Aaliyah Hot Like ...Lipstick!!!!!! It also goes well with other lipsticks that I already own. I highly recommend this pencil because it goes with other reds as well. Go and get it. It is worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't come to play
These lip pencils did not come to play. They are true to color I promise you and they are bold. They show up very nicely and apply so smoothly. A must have.

Will buy again!
I am not sure why Aaliyah products didn't do well however I am pleased with every product that I have received and tried. The lip liners, eyeshadow, the lipstick, and the lip glass. This lip liners goes perfect with the red lipstick I wear. It adds that extra pop of color needed.
