Didnt receive the item

I didnot receive the item. It was ordered with the school bag: which I received. The delivery message says "delivered" , but it was not. Checked all places including the porches and mail box: not delivered: but charged for it

Mac liner

Mac eyeliner is the best liner. The brush is thin. It's glides on effortlessly. Looks amazing. Very natural. The only one I'll use. I've tried others and always go back to it.

OLD MAKEUP

I was very disappointed when I received this item. I’ve been using this liquid eyeliner for the better part of 20 years so I know what it should look like when I first apply it. Immediately when I using this new liner, it was dull and it faded within two hours. I had to go back and use the one that I had been using for four months, and even that one was better and darker than the one I had received from Macy’s. Clearly they have not cleared out their old inventory, and I just happen to receive one that’s been sitting in their drawer for quite a while.

MAC black liquid eyeliner
