Shockingly Poor Quality — A Wedding Day Disaster

I really wanted to love this dress because it looked beautiful when it arrived, but unfortunately the quality was terrible. Please don’t be fooled by how nice it looks in the photos. I wore this to my son’s wedding, and not taking a closer look when it first arrived was a huge mistake. The material felt very cheap, and the dress arrived with what looked like stains on it. To make matters worse, the hem was already torn. I had to sew it just so I could wear it to my son’s wedding, which was honestly embarrassing given the occasion. The worst part happened during the ceremony. As I reached for something, the back zipper completely snapped. Thankfully, I had a long jacket and was able to keep it on to cover my back, but it was still a nightmare. This was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and dealing with a poorly made dress took away from what should have been a joyful evening. I would never recommend this dress to anyone, especially for an important event or any for that matter.

Turned heads

I had SO many people compliment this dress on me! I wore it to an engagement party at a nice restaurant. I’m usually a 16 but got an 18 because of my large chest. It fit loosely but not too baggy, so it was very comfortable. I’m 5’6” and wore kitten heals that worked well. The only downside was that it’s very hot. I kept having to step outside to cool down and sweating buckets underneath.

Beautiful Dress!

This is the 3rd time I have purchased a Mac Duggal dress. All 3 dresses have been perfect and did not require any alterations. They are great dresses for important occasions.

I am 3 months postpartum and was looking for a dress with a high neckline. I also wanted something that didn’t cling to my body. I ordered in the pink and olive colors and both were really pretty vibrant colors. The fit was nice too. I am 5”8 and it was super long and I didn’t have time to get it hemmed so I had to send it back. I also didn’t want to spend more money getting it hemmed but overall very pretty dress!
