Terrible return process.

I sent this dress back a few weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. Gorgeous gown but not right on my shoulders. Small strap kept falling. But it’s a very expensive gown that should’ve refunded quickly and I still don’t have it. I shipped it through Macys too so I would’ve thought it would be a quick process. Still waiting. 😞
