Questionable Packaging

This is the first time I’ve had a problem with a Macy’s purchase I was disappointed with this purchase. The cream bottle contained very little product and the little eye cream seemed almost empty, which made me wonder if it was a returned or previously used item. I hadn’t opened the set until last week, so this was unexpected. It was not sealed box..
